Service Description
Join us at 6am on the shore by our castle home, we will softly welcome the morning with a slower paced sauna, plenty of time to bathe in the goodness of the salty water and to gaze at the sun emerging over the bay. There'll be homemade goodies to close and move into Summer brim full of goodness and joy. Let me guide you through a beautiful ritual using birch wood whisks to circulate the wonderful warm air around our bodies and one another and feel really blooming alive in celebration of Summer. The option to cool off in the sea is yours to take in between rounds and we will close at 730am with herbal teas and treats - off to face the day clear headed and refreshed! There are showers and loos and changing rooms - which I hope will be complete by this time - otherwise I will provide good fresh water for washing down if you are heading straight to work! The booking is open now, spaces are limited to 10 and I really hope to see you soon.

Cancellation Policy
It is possible to cancel your booking with a full refund (minus the booking fee) up to 48 hours before your start time. Cancellations received within 48 hours are non-refundable. It is possible to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your start time. Simply follow the links on your original booking confirmation. You can reschedule your booking once only. We do not refund or reschedule ‘no-shows’ In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your booking due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to reschedule or refund. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in a communal sauna. They are permitted on a 1:1 with a parent/guardian in a private sauna.
