Service Description
Join us for a nurturing evening of sauna, soundbath and salty sea dips . Our sound journey is held in the cocoon of the sauna where Tracie and I weave together the beautiful properties of traditional leaf whisking , meditation and gentle guided breathwork in an experience that has been described as totally unique. Salty sea dips are invited too and we close with homemade sweet treats , warming teas and gentleness. renewed, restored and full of summer loving!

Cancellation Policy
It is possible to cancel your booking (minus the booking fee) up to 48 hours before your start time. Cancellations are non-transferrable beyond the 4 week period. Cancellations are non-refundable. It is possible to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your start time. Simply follow the links on your original booking confirmation. You can reschedule your booking once only. We do not refund or reschedule ‘no-shows’ In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your booking due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to reschedule.
