It is possible to cancel your booking with a full refund (minus the booking fee) up to 48 hours before your start time. Cancellations received within 48 hours are non-refundable. It is possible to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your start time. Simply follow the links on your original booking confirmation. You can reschedule your booking once only. We do not refund or reschedule ‘no-shows’ In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule your booking due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to reschedule or refund.
