Yes. There is a hot water shower onsite at Black Barge. This is operated using a credit or debit card. There are indoor changing areas available at Black Barge as part of the shower facilities. For the purpose of cooling down between sauna sessions, we have cold water plunges, a freshwater hose and the sea is always available at your own risk once your session is over. There is space to hang clothing and store kit in the dry whilst you experience The Island Sauna. This area is fairly small and it is advisable to travel light! Whilst we provide facilities for storing belongings, The Island Sauna is not responsible for damage or loss of guests property.
