Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the sauna during Communal sessions. Children between the ages of 6-16 are permitted during a Private session if accompanied by a parent or guardian on a 1:1 ratio. Each parent or guardian must accept full responsibility for the individual child’s safety and conduct. Full right of admission is reserved by our staff should a child not be properly supervised by a parent or guardian in line with health and safety. We offer Family Saunas on request. These are generally 30 minutes to an hour and tend to be cooler saunas.
